【初一英语作文a（happy及day及初中英语作文）】Last Sunday was a very special and happy day for me. It was not because of any big event, but because I spent the day with my family and had a lot of fun.

In the morning, I got up early and helped my mom cook breakfast. We made pancakes and eggs. After breakfast, we went to the park together. The weather was nice—sunny and warm. We played games, flew a kite, and even had a picnic on the grass. My little brother was very excited. He ran around and laughed all the time.

In the afternoon, we went to the zoo. I saw many animals like monkeys, elephants, and giraffes. My favorite was the panda. It was so cute and funny. We took some photos and had a great time.

At night, we went home and had a big dinner. My dad cooked his favorite dish—chicken and vegetables. We talked and laughed a lot. I felt very happy and grateful to have such a wonderful family.

This day reminded me that happiness doesn’t always come from big things. Sometimes, it’s just being with the people you love and enjoying simple moments. I will remember this day for a long time.
