【我的老师小学五年级上册英语作文】In my fifth grade, I had a very special teacher named Miss Li. She was not only kind and patient, but also very good at teaching English. Every day, when we came into the classroom, she would greet us with a big smile, which made us feel happy and ready to learn.
Miss Li's classes were always fun and interesting. She used games, songs, and pictures to help us understand new words. Sometimes, she even told funny stories in English, and we all laughed a lot. Because of her teaching style, I started to love English more and more.
What I liked most about Miss Li was her way of encouraging us. If we made mistakes, she never got angry. Instead, she would say, “It’s okay. Let’s try again.” This made me feel safe to speak up and practice my English, even if I was not perfect.
She also cared about our feelings. Once, I felt sad because I failed a test. She came to me after class and said, “Everyone has bad days, but what matters is how you deal with them.” Her words helped me feel better and gave me the courage to study harder.
I will never forget Miss Li. She taught me not only English, but also how to be brave and kind. I am very lucky to have such a great teacher. I hope one day I can be like her—someone who helps others learn and grow.
